Dear ,

We are delighted to announce the launch of the University of Cambridge Enterprise Fund V.

Managed in conjunction with Cambridge Enterprise, the University’s Technology Transfer Office, the Fund offers alumni, those associated with the university and investors the opportunity to invest in companies formed to commercialise scientific and technological discoveries made at the University of Cambridge, in a tax efficient manner through the Enterprise Investment Scheme.

Cambridge is Europe’s most productive technology cluster, having produced fifteen companies valued at more than $1 billion, of which two are valued at more than $10 billion. At the heart of the cluster sits the University of Cambridge, one of the top four Universities in the world.

There is more detail about the Fund on the Parkwalk website here and an overview of Cambridge Enterprise's activities in 2016 here.

There has been considerable interest in the Fund, and  the University of Cambridge Enterprise Funds I-IV closed in a short period of time after becoming over-subscribed.

The Fund will be relatively small, and therefore there is a possibility that investors' indications of interest and/or subscriptions may be scaled back.

Please reply or email ucef@parkwalkadvisors.com if you would like a copy of the prospectus.
